Get Bent Art offers non-clinical art therapy sessions in a cozy, private tiny home studio designed to spark creativity and connection. These sessions aren’t clinical or diagnostic—they’re a space to explore emotions, memories, and personal stories through hands-on artmaking. Whether using paint, clay, writing, or mixed media, the process is about expression, not perfection.

Guided with a client-centered approach, each session invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect—with yourself, your creativity, and your sense of purpose. My work is shaped by years of creative practice, front-line crisis support, while currently completing my Master in Arts and Counselling in Psychology. You don’t need any art experience!! Only a willingness to show up & better yourself.
